Terms of Service
MedReminder is a medication reminder app operated by DJUMP, MB. The app is in the final stages of development and will be released on the App Store and Google Play shortly. These terms govern your use of the app once it is available.
1. Use of the App
By installing or using MedReminder, you agree to these terms. You agree not to misuse the app — including, without limitation, attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the app, sharing account credentials, or interfering with the proper functioning of the service.
2. Medical Disclaimer
MedReminder is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is a reminder tool. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding medications, dosages, and treatment decisions. We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from use or misuse of the app, including missed or mistimed doses.
3. Accounts
Accounts can be created using email, Google, or Apple authentication. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You can delete your account at any time through Settings in the app, or by emailing start@djump.io.
4. Free and Premium Plans
- Free. Up to 3 medications, 2 reminders per day, one-tap dose tracking.
- Caregiver (Premium). $4.99 / month — unlimited medications, caregiver sharing, refill alerts, exportable dose history.
- Payments are billed through the App Store or Google Play and processed via RevenueCat. We never see or store payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel any time in your device's app store settings.
5. Intellectual Property
DJUMP, MB retains all rights to the MedReminder app, brand, and software. You retain ownership of the medication data and notes you enter, and you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time — push notification delivery depends on your device, operating system, and network conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Privacy
Your use of MedReminder is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will be updated, and continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Klaipėda, Lithuania.
